EXTRA Large Chrome Plated Wire Bicycle Delivery Basket BRAND NEW & MADE IN THE USA Fits Schwinn Cycle Truck and Other Mail/Work Bikes This is not a replica of an original basket It is an upgraded metal wire basket that looks very similar to the original Schwinn issued basket. It is also very close in size to the original extra large size basket (minus the indented section for the goose-neck). Brand new basket with gleaming chrome plating. Larger capacity, taller for larger loads Made with heavier gauge wire. Does not flex or bend like the original basket. MADE IN THE USA. Much larger then any of the "Wald" baskets currently available Much more reasonably priced then current prices for original baskets needing restoration ($700+). Measures 26 W X 21 L X 11 inches tall FYI original extra large basket measured 28X22X11 so our basket is right there. Sides are tapered out like the original.
